Privacy Policy for GlucoCheck

GlucoCheck is a personal logging tool for blood glucose levels and general well-being. It lets you record glucose readings, food logs, notes, and other information related to your daily health routine.

All glucose data, food logs, and other health information you enter are stored LOCALLY on your device. This approach is designed to protect your privacy: your data stays under your direct control on the phone or tablet where you use the App.

Foundry AI Services does not access, collect, or store your health data on external servers, cloud databases, or remote systems operated by us. We do not sell or share your personal medical history with third parties for commercial purposes.

Backup note: if you enable device backup (for example, through your Google account), local App data may be included in that backup according to your operating system settings. Review your device backup settings if you wish to limit this behavior.

GlucoCheck includes artificial intelligence features, including a well-being assistant, to process automated queries and provide general guidance on habits, nutrition, and self-care.

These features are for strictly informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or clinical treatment. AI responses must not be interpreted as professional medical advice.

Foundry AI Services does not store personal medical histories derived from use of the AI assistant on our own servers. Query processing is carried out as disclosed in the App, without maintaining an identifiable clinical record associated with you in our systems.

The App may display advertisements through third-party networks such as Google AdMob, in order to support free access to certain features.

These advertising networks may use anonymous device identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads, measure campaign performance, and prevent fraud, in accordance with their own privacy policies and the Google Play Developer Policies.

You can reset or limit use of the advertising identifier from your Android device privacy settings. Foundry AI Services does not control data collection practices of ad providers; we recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

GlucoCheck may offer premium features, digital subscriptions, or in-app purchases. All digital payments and subscriptions are processed securely and exclusively through Google Play's native billing system (Google Play Billing / In-App Billing).

Foundry AI Services does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details. Payment information is handled directly by Google under its terms and security policies. To manage, cancel, or request refunds for subscriptions, use the Google Play subscriptions section on your device.

In addition to the above, we may receive limited information when you contact us for technical support (for example, your email address and message content), as well as anonymous technical diagnostic data (App version, device type) only if you use error reporting features we have explicitly enabled.

We do not require you to create an account to use the core local glucose and well-being logging features.

Because your health records remain on your device, you can delete them at any time by clearing App data or uninstalling GlucoCheck. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock and keeping your operating system up to date.

GlucoCheck is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us to request deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL (foundryai.live/app/privacy-policy) and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
